- Delivery Costs: Delivery to all main centres in South Africa will cost a nominal fee of R100. We also offer free delivery for purchases over R1000. However, please note that this threshold is subject to change. If your area falls outside a main centre, additional costs may apply, and we will contact you to inform you of any additional fees.
- Delivery Timeframe: We endeavor to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, delays may occur. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide updates on the estimated delivery time.
- International Shipping: For customers outside South Africa, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will contact you to provide a quote for shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
- Delivery Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to track your shipment.
